USER INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for participating in this CME activity. To begin the course, please click on the first presentation in the green navigation bar. Another window will open, and the presentation will start automatically (after you choose a connection speed). Play, pause, start, and end control buttons are located in the bottom right corner of the presentation for your convenience. (Screen saver software may affect the functionality and performance of the presentations. If you have such software, we advise you to temporarily disable it while taking this course.)

When a presentation ends, the next automatically begins (after you again choose a connection speed). Alternatively, you can close a presentation window and choose from the green navigation bar or leave open a window and choose from the drop-down presentation list at the top. You can also view slides one at a time by clicking on the slide thumbnails located below the control buttons.

Once you have reviewed the presentations, you may take the test. Please note that all of the material you will be tested on is taken from the slide portion of the presentations only.
